Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- All prints are constructed by an Australian business, and our garments are supplied by an Australian-owned company.
- We are happy to replace a print if there is any form of degradation within 6 months of purchase.
- The cost of return transit will be the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for Replacement:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- The print must show visible signs of degradation or defect to qualify for replacement.
Process for Return & Exchange:
- Contact our customer support team within 6 months of purchase.
- Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos showing the degradation of the print.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a replacement is required due to print degradation, we will cover the cost of the new print, but the customer must bear the cost of transit.
Important Notes:
- Replacements are only available for issues related to print degradation; other concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or a change of mind, so please check sizing guides before purchasing.
