Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • All prints are constructed by an Australian business, and our garments are supplied by an Australian-owned company.
  • We are happy to replace a print if there is any form of degradation within 6 months of purchase.
  • The cost of return transit will be the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • The print must show visible signs of degradation or defect to qualify for replacement.

Process for Return & Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 6 months of purchase.
  2. Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos showing the degradation of the print.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
  4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a replacement is required due to print degradation, we will cover the cost of the new print, but the customer must bear the cost of transit.

Important Notes:

  • Replacements are only available for issues related to print degradation; other concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or a change of mind, so please check sizing guides before purchasing.
